I love Yoga for many reasons.

1. Playing yoga allows me to empty my mind and focus on just my body.
2. Those difficult but pretty yoga poses stimulate me to create my own body art.
3. Life with yoga is the start of a healthy lifestyle, especially for those desk workers.
4. A stronger and tight boy line makes me look younger.
5. Playing yoga fosters me to reach my maximum potential step by step.
… …
Yoga is somewhat similar to math.
Talent matters, but perseverance and progress value more.

Raising Kids is an Art.

I’m a mother of two kids. our home is often filled with the sounds of laughter, occasional tears, and scattered Lego bricks. The perpetual messiness is a reminder of the vibrant life that thrives within these walls. The journey of parenthood is filled with continuous learning, growth, commitment and discovery. Homeschooling my son has led me to reflect deeply on the dynamics of teaching and learning. Kids learn in various ways, just not the same as we adults imagined. For example, my 7-year-old son can solve the challenging counting techniques problem in AMC 10 by playing Rubik’s cube. I begin to wonder how human cognitive abilities develop with ages and how education can make a difference. I’m on my journey to discover and share my experience.
